Pizzazza’s Balsamic Vinaigrette
6 T Balsamic vinegar
1 T organic cane sugar
1-2 cloves fresh garlic or (12 grams)
1/2 t salt
1/2 t cracked black pepper
3/4 cup Extra-virgin olive oil
Combine all ingredients, except vinegar and oil In a food processor. Pulse until the garlic is minced. Add vinegar and process for 1 minute. Slowly add the extra-virgin olive oil to the processor while running to emulsify.
